Referral Process
The PRSC multi-disciplinary team of qualified and experienced health professionals will provide world-class services to patients with a wide range of sleep and respiratory disorders. The staff of Perth Respiratory and Sleep Clinic will provide comprehensive, state of the art patient centred care with particular focus on education and communication.
A referral is required to have a consultation or a sleep Study at Perth Respiratory and Sleep Clinic. Referrals can be submitted online using the link below, or alternatively you can hand write a referral or fill out a PRSC referral pad .Written referrals can be faxed to 94812255, emailed to admin@perthsleep.com.au or given directly to the patient.
Patients do not require a referral for specific Repiratory testing and may be present directly to the clinic, please contact our friendly administration team if you would like further information on 94812244

Fees:
Perth Respiratory and Sleep Clinic provides gold standard affordable respiratory and sleep testing so that all patients referred to us receive optimum care and treatment regardless of their financial status.
There is an out of pocket charge (above the Medicare rebate) for consultation with Dr Prichard. Reasonable fees apply to all diagnostics tests that we provide including discounted rates for pensioners.
Each persons financial circumstances can be catered for on a individual basis.
